What we collect

Only what you type into a form: your name, email address, an optional phone number, and whatever you write in the message or notes field. If you book an appointment we also record which vehicle and time slot you chose.

We record the IP address a submission came from. That is used to investigate abuse of the contact and booking forms, and for nothing else.

What we do with it

We answer your enquiry or arrange your visit. That is the whole purpose. Your details are emailed to our sales inbox and stored in our own system so that a message is never lost if email fails.

We do not sell your details, share them with data brokers, or add you to a marketing list you did not ask to join.

Tracking

This website runs no third-party analytics, no advertising pixels and no social media trackers. It loads no fonts, scripts or images from anyone else's servers — everything comes from this site alone.

The only cookies we set are the ones needed to keep the site working: a security token that protects forms from cross-site request forgery, and a session cookie for staff who sign in to the back office.

How long we keep it

Enquiries and booking records are kept while they are commercially relevant and then removed. If you would like your details deleted sooner, ask us and we will do it.
